• Helping governments be accountable includes working with local governments for inclusive local economic development; making government planning process more participatory; strengthening local governments and communities in disaster management and climate change.

• Building organization capacities include organization development, human resource management and change management for development partners, governments and private sector organizations; supporting development partners in implementing development programs, piloting community development initiatives, implementing social inclusion and social accountability tools; and

• Conducting reviews and evaluations includes reviews of strategic plans and programs, designing, monitoring and learning framework for development partners and mid-term and end-term evaluations of programs and projects.
